Terms and conditions

1. Quotations are valid for 14 days. All orders require a 50% deposit and balance of payment upon goods being ready for delivery.
2.Modern Interior Hardware has the right to change the quotation prices and submit a new revision.
3.Ownership of all goods remains the possession of Modern Interior Hardware, until the purchase price has been paid in full.
4.PLEASE NOTE: There will be a 10% restocking fee on all local brands and an 80% restocking fee on all imported brands.
5.No claims for shortages will be accepted if the delivery note is signed by the receiver. No claims for broken items will be accepted if
Modern Interior Hardware is not notified within 72 hours of receipt of the goods.
6.Modern Interior Hardware will not be held liable for defects, damages, shortages, or discrepancies unless endorsed on the delivery
note or invoice.
7. It is the customer responsibility to check compatibility of all items that are in correct size, specification, and material for intended
application. Modern Interior will not accept liability for incorrectly supplied goods.

Warranty Procedure

1. All our products come with 12 month manufacturer warranty.
2.After filing a warranty claim, the faulty parts will either be repaired or replaced, depending on our evaluation. We reserve the right to re- place defective parts with parts of equal or greater value.
3. If you file a warranty claim after a product becomes obsolete or is discontinued, Modern Interior Hardware will replace the defective
component with a replacement part of a similar style based on availability at the time of claim.
4.All warranties are carried by the manufacturers. Modern Interior Hardware does not accept liability for products directly.
5. If the goods are not installed by a registered or qualified installer, all warranties and guarantees are nullified.
6.Modern Interior Hardware is not responsible for the correct installation of goods purchased.
