Delivery, returns and refund policy

1. Modern Interior Hardware deliveries are strictly door-to-door.
2. Sales consultant to pre-arrange this or request a quotation for additional labour should the truck have to park more than 15m of where
the stock will be stored.
3. Please note that our driver has been instructed not to remove material from their crates and/or carry them upstairs.
4.Delivery fees are calculated based on dimensions, weight, and distance.
5.Modern Interior Hardware reserves the right to amend these rates at any time.
6.Modern Interior Hardware will store goods up to a maximum of one (1) month, from initial payment date, thereafter, Bella Bathrooms &
Tiles reserves the right to charge a storage fee.
7. Modern Interior Hardware will make every attempt to deliver goods on schedule but cannot accept liability in the event of a delayed
delivery.
8. It is the customer’s responsibility to order goods in advance according to the requirements to avoid delays on site, our standard lead
time is 7-10 working days, subject to availability with our suppliers and importers.
9.Modern Interior Hardware makes reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and transport delays with its suppliers, however, cannot
guarantee availability of stock.
10. Special order items cannot be changed, returned, or cancelled It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm with your sales consultant
what are special order items and what their individual lead times are prior to placing your order.
