Returns and Refund

1. Goods will only be accepted for credit if the following conditions are met:
2.All returns are subject to a minimum 15% handling fee
3. The returns are pre-arranged with Bella Bathrooms & Tiles prior to returning the items.
4. The product is in its original packaging and the packaging is not damaged or marked.
5. The product is in a sellable condition and is complete.
6. The product is not a special-order item.
7. It is within a 15-day period from delivery/collection date.
8. The batch is still in stock or valid.
9.Refund payments will take up to 10 working days to be processed.
